What is the molecular sieve production process?

The production process of molecular sieve mainly includes raw material preparation, batching and mixing, synthesis, washing and separation, drying and calcination, grinding and sieving, packaging and storage and other steps.
1. Raw material preparation: The main raw materials required for manufacturing molecular sieves include sodium silicate, sodium aluminate and so on. These raw materials need to undergo strict inspection and quality control to ensure the stability and quality of the products.
2. Ingredient mixing: Add various raw materials into the mixer and mix them in a certain proportion in order to get a uniform product in the next reaction.
3. Synthesis: The mixed slurry is added into the reactor and the synthesis reaction is carried out under certain temperature and pressure conditions to produce molecular sieve crystals.
4. Washing and separation: After the reaction, the generated molecular sieve crystals are taken out from the reactor, washed and separated to remove impurities and unreacted raw materials.
5. Drying and calcination: After washing and separation, the molecular sieve crystals need to go through two processes of drying and calcination to further purify and crystallize and improve product quality.
6. Grinding and sieving: the calcined molecular sieve needs to be ground and sieved to get the final product which meets the requirements of certain particle size and purity.
In addition, the manufacturing process of molecular sieves includes raw material treatment, synthesis, crystallization, drying and characterization. If you want to know more about molecular sieve, follow us!
